Clay Shoots
Our clay shoots continue to grow in popularity. We usually run two meetings per month, on the 2nd and 4th Saturday.
The course is varied as much as the available equipment, location, and imagination allows! The first meeting of each month is generally DTL or Compak format, while the second meeting is generally Sporting format. We have recently introduced Clay Snooker AKA "Pot Shots" which has proved a popular and very enjoyable variation.
We begin setting up at around 10:00am and start shooting at 11:00am. The meeting generally runs for a couple of hours and is followed by a tidy up. We ask everyone to help to whatever extent they are able; as more hands make for lighter work.
